Duet Adam Wingard and Simon Barrett back again after the success of the film You're Next. Peterson tells the story of a family that the arrival of a mysterious man named David (Dan Stevens) who claims to be a friend of their son who had died, and then boarded for several days in a family house Peterson. Of course, David kept secrets of mysterious, and he is not just a regular guest. The premise sounds simple, and in fact The Guest is a simple movie - sort of the premise for a film class B. The plot is also fairly common, but Adam Wingard successfully execute the Guest into a film over it. Starting with a fairly slow, but slowly but surely mysterious veil that explains who David is actually unfolding, the clearer and more exciting - as the character David who was able to fight with a cool and stylish. There are also inserts his action were not unexpected, and the final scene that seems to be a sort of homage to the thriller 80s, complete with retro music. And Stevens plays with very good (and very tempting) as David, a kind of reminds me of the aura Ryan Gosling in the movie Drive. Hot, hot, hot!
